Important truths begin as outrageous, or at least uncomfortable, attacks upon the accepted wisdom of the time

The truth is always been difficult to accede in the mind of the people. Like the old saying “first impression is the best impression”. It is the human nature to blindly accept the first thing which goes into the mind. In the early days people came out with wrong ideas such as earth being flat. This happen to be the truth for a quite a long period of time. It did take a long time to prove that earth was a globe. This shows clearly about the mindset of the primitive people.

Consequently, in the field of science there have been so many theories. Each of the theories contradicted with the truth. For instance, each scientist found out a element of a particular feature or value of his notice. The famous chemist Mendeleev who postulated those elements in a periodic table. He decided to leave gap for some of the elements which were to be discovered later from his period. It was really shocking that the newly discovered elements happen to fit in the empty spaces provided by him.

Newton, Einstein were some of the examples who attacked the wisdom of time and proved some of the truths hidden behind. Newton came out with the laws while Einstein came out with his formula. People hardly believed this. But they take effect of this even now.For example rocket propelling(Newton laws)

However, universal truths that are apodictic created no shock among the people. Eventually truths like “the sun rises in the east and sets in the west” had no concern of the people. Some of the wisdom of time today was history to the ancient period. Literally people had a flatter of sorts of some of the universal truths which were empirical lately.
